SACRED PLAY SUNDAYS!
During the dark and quiet days of winter, our ancestors gathered inside to mend their nets and sharpen their tools, keeping their communities warmly connected during the cold winter months. This winter we are honoring that wisdom through offering sweet and sacred practices on Sunday afternoons: Soul Collage, Breathwork, Feather Fans, Yoga Nidra & Reset, Writing, and more! Plus optional potluck after.
Exchange: $40-60 sliding scale

Feather Fan Workshop @ 2-5 pm
Create your own sacred smudging fan with medicine woman and craftswoman Twila Holloway Smith and Eileen O’Hare. Materials included AND you are welcome to bring things to add, special feathers you’ve found, crystals, etc. 

Breathe—Align—Restore @ 3-5 pm
with Joanne Sanchez, yoga teacher, WAVE medicine practitioner
Breath and relaxation.
Learn to harness the breath to control the mind and tap into the nervous system.
End with deep relaxation.


Soul Collage @ 2-5 pm
with Eileen O’Hare
When was the last time you gave your amazing soul full on permission to express? Our poor brains are so busy overthinking that our radiant (and patient) souls sit off to the side waiting for the chance to play with us! Here it is! We will gather images, colors, words, whatever we find in all the magazines. Great music on, warm drinks and delicious company. This is NOT vision boarding. NO THINKING! (How yummy. Our brains get a break.) We can dance, dream, lie down and rest. Anything our precious souls call for us to do. Bring magazines if you have them. We have a ton here to rip through. Hope to see your soul shining through. We will each take our soul collage home with us to admire and feel inspired by. Soul wanna have fun, too


Yoga Nidra & Deep Nervous System Reset @ 2-5 pm
with Renée Skuba
Reset and restore through breath, movement, sound and deep relaxation with Renee, yoga teacher of 30 years in the Kundalini, Naam, Vinyasa and Hatha traditions, with deep studies in sound/mantra, breath and mudras.


Elements of the Ridiculous: Finding Safety for Silliness and Play @ 2-5 pm
with Valerie Brett

Using comedy improv tools, movement and acting exercises, and nervous system practices, we’ll endeavor to create some safety and a proper playground for the silly and dramatic parts within us to express themselves and be witnessed. How often do these inner parts get a chance to come out? Let’s give them some freedom, and chase some deep belly laughs together!


Deep Reset: Yoga Nidra & Deep Nervous System Reset @ 2-5 pm
with Renée Skuba
Reset and restore through breath, movement, sound and deep relaxation to come home to calm and center. In this time-space, we’ll:
•⁠ ⁠do movement and gentle yoga to open up the body and relax the nervous system.
•⁠ ⁠incorporate pranayama exercises to release cortisol and positively shift our physiology.
•⁠ ⁠RELAX DEEPLY through a long conscious relaxation process (aka Yoga Nidra).
•⁠ ⁠use sound to bring our systems back into coherence.
